VISA's Perez-Galindo presenting at next event
VISA’s Salvador Perez-Galindo will be the next presenter at WorldCity’s Global Affairs Connections gathering.
Perez-Galindo is vice president for Government Affiars for Latin America and the Caribbean for the company, working from its Miami office.
Global Affairs Connections is held every other month, exclusively for executives handling public policy and government affairs issues for a multinational either with operations in South Florida or, if not in South Florida, focused on Latin America. The event is sponsored by the international law firm Fowler Rodriguez Valdes-Fauli and Chevron Latin America.
Previous speakers have included Jay Brickman, representing Crowley Maritime Corp., Jose Sariego of HBO Latin America, Craig Prusher of Burger King and Rafael Jaen Williamson of Chevron.
Salvador has worked at Visa International’s Latin America office since May 2005. Prior to Visa International, Salvador was a consultant and also a public official in Mexico, including the Ministry of Finance and and the serving on the Energy Regulatory Commission.
Salvavdor has a bachelor’s degree in international relations from El Colegio de Mexico, and has a Master’s degree in International Relations from Columbia University in New York.
