Perry Ellis Creative Director John Crocco has left the company to “pursue other opportunities,” according to a statement released today.
“A search is currently underway for a new creative director,” it said. Crocco joined the company in 2006.
Perry Ellis is a division of Miami-based Perry Ellis International designs and distributes more than 20 brands of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing as well as fragrance and accessories. In recent months Perry Ellis recently boosted its presence in women’s fashion through the acquisition of Rafaella Apparel Group Inc. and also launched the Cubavera brand, catering to Latin American fashions and selling the classic Guayabera shirts.
