Executive search firm Diversified Search has changed alliances and joined with AltoPartners, a network of independent search firms with offices in 26 countries. It is the group’s exclusive U.S. partner.
Diversified Search had been linked with Odgers Berndtson, but the two have ended that alliance, the companies announced.
Based in Philadelphia, Diversified Search is the largest woman-founded and woman-owned executive search firm in the United States. It also has offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Miami, New York and Washington DC.
In Miami, Diversified Search employs about a dozen people and recruits talent for companies in health care, technology and varied industries, often for positions overseeing business in the Latin American and Caribbean region, according to John Mestepey, a managing director in the Miami office.
In Latin America, AltoPartners has offices in Mexico and Brazil, said Mestepey.
